Stockholm Sangeet Allstars is a powerful orchestra of twelve musicians and dancers that brings together elements from the various Indian classical traditions of music and dance.
At the Stockholm Kulturfestival witness a work specially written for this unique ensemble with music and dance from North Indian, South Indian and East Indian tradition.
Experience the East Indian sculptural temple dance Odissi, the South Indian classical dance form Bharatanatyam, known among other things for its beautiful hand movements and expressions, and Kathakali, a dance form from Kerala closely related to theater and mime characterized among other things by their spectacular costumes and advanced eye movements.
